Okay, well maybe “sold” is a little strong yet. But, a contract has been signed!
Um… we have to be out of our house three weeks from today. And we have nowhere to go.

In this market, getting your house under contract is a big deal. Hopefully they are properly pre-qualified.
The trouble is now that you have to go. The challenge is getting it to be sold the same time you are ready to move.
