It’s snowing this morning. Big, wet flakes. Very wet. The kids, of course, are excited.
As I shoved children, backpacks and lunchboxes into the van this morning, Jack and Maria couldn’t stop talking excitedly about the snow.
Maria: I know! Let’s say a prayer to God that it snows forever!!!
Jack: Yeah!
Jack and Maria in unison: Dear God, please make it keep snowing forever!
Luke: Nooooooooo! I don’t want it to snow forever and God only listens to me!
Maria: Moooooooommmmm! Lukie says that God only listens to him!
Me: If God only listens to Luke, we’re in BIG trouble.
