In My Purse

June 15th, 2011 · 2 Comments · Family

A new prescription. (Not for me, unfortunately.)
A broken can of mousse. (Thank you Andrew, for throwing it onto the floor and smashing it to pieces right before I paid for it.)
A wallet, bought at Erin’s Gigi Hill party. (With no money in it, because of Erin’s Gigi Hill party.)
A book on Rocks and Minerals, which has become an extension of my oldest son, ever since Maddog sent it to him.
Wipes. (CANNOT live without those.)
Four new toothbrushes, each considerately a different color.
A school dental form for my new kindergartener (which was due back in May).
A stinky diaper (thankfully wrapped in an Armor Hammer baggie) since the dentist’s office had a sign begging people not to throw away diapers in their bathroom.
A receipt from Michael’s, because it has a coupon on it for 40% off any item. (Even though I keep going there, I won’t use it, ’cause I’ll forget about it, but I carry it for now, ever hopeful.)
Two raffle tickets which need to be turned into the kids’ library in the hopes of winning something awesome.
A mini lint roller, which is full of lint, as it’s in the bottom of my purse.
A ring rosary, because with a family like mine, I’m constantly praying.
The ever-needed, but rarely used, hand sanitizer.
A combination lock to use at the Y. For when I go there. (Which is never.)
One of Maria’s hair clips, because she always has to have something in her hair when leaving the house, but rarely keeps it in.
A empty pouch in which I try to keep band-aids.  (It’s always being raided.)
A pack of gum.  (Often needed.)
A full pack of Kleenex.  (‘Cause there’s usually a sleeve that’s handier.)
And Advil.  (Constantly needed.)

So.  What’s in your purse?

What do you carry for a purse? A suitcase? :-)

And now, you have a spinning light-up toy (or 5).
