I have to run to the store for whole pecans, ’cause who keeps whole pecans around the house?  Well, maybe my mother-in-law.  She’s ALWAYS prepared when it comes to cooking or baking!

Anyway, go out and grab some too, so you can make Easter Cookies tomorrow with your kids.  Here’s my post from last year that gives you step-by-step instructions.  I can’t believe it, but my kids remember doing it last year and have been asking for the last several days to do it again this year.

I’m going to fit this in around the Easter Egg hunt at school, buying supplies for the Easter bunny, dying eggs with the kids and trying to decorate my picture window.  You know, ’cause I’m always prepared and never do things at the last minute.
