Bummer #1
No Easter pictures for you. Or me. I went to load them onto the computer last night and they weren’t there. Somehow I think my memory card got erased. My very cool MacBook Pro has a magnetic power plug. When I went to plug my memory card into the usb port, I put it in the wrong place at first and hit the magnetic power port. I think maybe the magnet wiped the card. I’m bummed because the kids were dressed so nicely. The boys all matched and Maria wore a cute dress. Of course, as usual, the kids weren’t all that cooperative, so it isn’t like I took the best picture in the history of the world only for it to be erased. Maria’s probably happy they didn’t come out. She was looking a little constipated in the picture because… well… she was. I’m sure she didn’t need a photographic reminder of her inability to poop on Easter Sunday.

The company that is contracted to work with Dan’s organization on the relocation program has announced that it will be terminating its contract come April 15th of this year. We’re supposed to find out where we’re going on the 12th. Hmmmmm. Wonder what impact that’ll have on us. After all, it’s the contract company that handles everything having to do with the move. They’re also the ones that buy your house if you don’t sell it yourself within the alloted amount of time.
Of course, a new company is going to be sought. However, how soon one will be found be able to be brought up to speed remains to be seen. A delay would be very hard on us, as it would affect the school year. Already we’re behind the 8 ball in finding schools for the kids, as we don’t know where we’re going. If we have to wait even longer it’s really going to be difficult. However, if we were to be delayed an entire school year, we’d be thrilled! Maria would then be able to have TBTITWW and Jack could happily stay at the same school for another year. We’ve already enrolled them – just in case. We’d only have to worry about getting the money tree to grow
So… please say a prayer for our situation. It’s stressful for all of us.

The Little Boys just dumped over an entire cup of hot chocolate. Of course, one child can’t simply sit quietly and drink his hot chocolate. Nope. Another child is needed for entertainment purposes. Entertainment + hot chocolate = mess. At least my purse and packages to be mailed managed to escape.

Bummers do come in threes, so you should be safe for awhile. I will pray that everything works out with your move.

Call the card compnay sometimes they can recall the lost pictures I have heard it is like Magic from a wedding photographer I know that this has happened too. You might have to get a new card in the mean time if you don’t have two but if it works two cards would be worth it !!
